Description

Our CRL high-speed sliding vane pumps, part of the Cavitation Line, are designed for durability and efficiency. Offering capacities from 5 to 22 U.S. gpm (19-83 L/min), these pumps are perfect for loop systems and low-volume transfer applications. They come ready for foot-mounting on a common baseplate.

Equipped with 1.25- or 1.5-inch NPT tapped ports, all models include an internal relief valve, a replaceable casing liner and end discs for easy maintenance. The CRLR 1.25-inch model features a unique liner for lower flow rates compared to the standard CRL 1.25-inch pump.

Constructed from robust materials like silicon carbide mechanical seals and laminate vanes, these pumps can handle maximum differential pressures of 70 psi (4.83 bar) for the CRLR 1.25 and 100 psi (6.89 bar) for the CRL 1.25- and CRL 1.5-inch models.

Our Blackmer Fully Integrated Unit Assemblies offer a hassle-free, pre-engineered pumping solution. These assemblies include a motor, gearbox, baseplate, coupling safety covers, and a CRL 1.5-inch Sliding Vane Pump, ready for immediate installation without the need for alignment.

  • Cavitation suppression liner design for reducing the noise, vibration, and wear normally caused by entrained vapors
  • Replaceable casing, liners and end discs allow easy rebuilding of the pumping chamber to like-new condition
  • Ductile-iron construction with internal relief valve
  • Blackmer mechanical seal and ball bearing construction provide maximum reliability
  • Symmetrical bearing support assures even loading and wear for a long life
  • Adjustable relief valve protects pump against excessive pressures
  • External ball bearings are isolated from pumpage by mechanical seals to maximize bearing life and minimize contamination risk
  • Advantages of sliding vane technology:
    • Unique sliding-vane pump design self-adjusts for wear to maintain flow rates
    • Excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities
    • Sliding vane design provides sustained performance and trouble-free operation
    • Easy maintenance: vanes can be easily replaced without removing the pump from the piping system
    • High suction lift and line-stripping capabilities
    • Low maintenance and low life-cycle costs
