Description

Our Blackmer® LGRL and LGL propane pumps, part of the Cavitation Line, are perfect for a wide range of liquid propane applications, such as motor fueling, multi-station cylinder filling, and small transfer tasks. With 1.25- or 1.5-inch NPT tapped ports, these LPG pumps are equipped with an internal relief valve and a cavitation suppression liner to minimize noise, vibration, and wear. They are easy to maintain and can be rebuilt to like-new condition, thanks to their replaceable end disc, vanes, and cavitation suppression liner. Ideal for propane, LPG, butane, and anhydrous ammonia applications, these rotary vane pumps are UL-Listed.

These sliding vane propane pumps are also available with flanged mounting. The standard LGRLF1.25, LGLF1.25, and LGLF1.5 models come with an integral bracket and flexible shaft coupling, ready to accommodate NEMA C-face or IEC flanged-face motors. All LGLF sliding vane pumps are available with or without electric motors.

Our Blackmer Fully Integrated Unit Assemblies offer a seamless, pre-engineered pumping solution. These assemblies include a motor, gearbox, baseplate, coupling safety covers, and a LGL 1.5-inch Sliding Vane Pump, ensuring easy, alignment-free installation for immediate use.

  • Pumps are listed by Underwriters Laboratory for both LPG and anhydrous ammonia service
  • Cavitation suppression liner design for reducing the noise, vibration, and wear normally caused by entrained vapors
  • Replaceable casing, liners and end discs allow easy rebuilding of the pumping chamber to like-new condition
  • Ductile-iron construction provides greater resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock
  • Durable design provides fast and quiet operation with sustained performance and trouble-free operation
  • The latest 6-vane design contributes to reduced noise levels in the pumps
  • All models have 1.25- or 1.5-in sized NPT tapped ports
  • Accepts standard C-face mounted motors
  • Internal relief valve protects the pump against excessive pressures
  • Blackmer mechanical seals are specifically developed for non-lubricating liquids
